Kenmara Technology Park is owned by Saxon Partners via a company formed to own and operate this particular site.

 

Saxon is a real estate investment, development and management company based in the Boston area that is active in commercial and residential properties across the country. Saxon's activities in the Midwest are handled by Gary Warfel, who has longstanding ties to Northwest Indiana and serves as Chairman of the Lake County Indiana Economic Alliance Board of Directors.
